    Leaked Labs Returns

  • Orders are processed quickly, and we’re not able to guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If you need assistance, email hello@leakedlabs.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn’t been processed for shipment, our team will do everything we can to help.

  • Orders typically ship within 2 business days and arrive within 5–7 days depending on location. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your Leak leaves the warehouse. Innovation moves fast — logistics follows close behind.

  • Shipping is $6.25 in the continental U.S. and $9.95 to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Not at this time. Leaked Labs is U.S.-only while we scale the model responsibly. When we expand globally, our community will hear it first. Join the Leak Cycle to be notified when we enter your region.

  • You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Didn’t see it? Check spam first. Still missing? Email hello@leakedlabs.com with your order number and we’ll locate your Leak.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards along with standard accelerated checkout options available at checkout.

  • Your card is charged at the time of purchase. Once you secure a Leak, it’s yours — limited releases mean we don’t hold inventory without commitment.

  • A Leak is early access to beauty innovation. It's functional. Innovative. And potentially still evolving. When you purchase one, you’re participating in its development.

  • Controlled releases keep feedback meaningful. These are early-stage formulas — not mass-market inventory.

  • Maybe. If a Leak proves itself, it may return or become permanent. Nothing is guaranteed. That’s intentional.

  • Yes. Every formula is tested for safety and compliance. “Experimental” refers to release timing — not safety standards.

  • Origin is disclosed with every release. Innovation has a birthplace, and we name it.

  • Yes! Our products are vegan.

  • Yes, our products are completely cruelty free.

  • Wear it. Film it. Remix it. Tell us what happened. After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a review link and short survey — that structured feedback matters. But we also want to see it in the wild. Tag, post, share. Community response shapes what evolves.

  • It feeds the system. We analyze it internally, share it with our formulation and manufacturing partners, and publish reviews directly on-site. If a formula underperforms, it evolves. If it resonates, it scales. Visibility creates accountability. Participation drives progression.

  • Join the Leak Cycle or follow @leakedlabs. Early access always goes to the community first.

  • No. Direct-to-consumer only.

  • No, we don’t sell personal data. The only thing we analyze is product feedback like reactions, comments, and survey responses to understand how people experience the formula. That information helps determine if a Leak becomes permanent, gets shelved, or improved and re-released.

  • Consumers aren’t paying to test unfinished products. Each leak is fully manufactured and safety tested like any beauty product before it’s launched. The difference is access - people get to experience innovation before it moves through the typical 18–36 month retail cycle and sharing feedback is always optional. This gives the community something beauty rarely offers: visibility into how products evolve - or if they don’t.

  • It informs product decisions. We review every comment, every tag, every email. If a leak isn't landing, we iterate or pause it. If it's working, we scale it.

  • We collaborate with creators who care about performance, transparency, and pushing beauty forward — not just participating in launch cycles. If that sounds aligned, introduce yourself at pr@leakedlabs.com.

  • For now, releases remain exclusively direct-to-consumer to protect the feedback loop and preserve community access. As the model evolves, we’ll share updates publicly.

  • There's no one right way, only movement and play. Use it dry for soft-focus color, wet (with a setting spray or a mixing medium) for bold reflective payoff, crushed for watercolor veils, pressed for full-impact pigment, or mixed for hybrid finishes. Experiment. Enjoy.

  • Amplify Flexi Powder is designed to be safe for eye and face application, think lids, inner corner, brow bone, cheekbones, or anywhere you want a little shine. The water-activated formula adapts to different skin textures.

  • No. Fingers work beautifully. Brushes work. Sponges work. Whatever tools you already love will work with Leaked formulas. These products adapt to your artistry, not the other way around.

  • Add a mixing medium like a setting spray to your brush or directly to the disc. The dry pigment will instantly transform into gel-like liquid. You'll see it shift in real time. Apply immediately for maximum intensity, and reapply for maximum payoff.

  • That's okay. These products work beautifully with simple application too - you don't have to be an artist to wear them. But if you do want to play, the formula will meet you there. It's designed for range, not requirement.

  • Amplify Flexi Powder is safe to use when applied with fingers and directly to face. As you would with any makeup product, it's most important to always start with clean hands.

  • As with any other cosmetic product that follows the proper safety and protocol testing, all of our launches have preservative systems and are tested, compliant, and safe to use. Using it wet doesn’t create bacteria growth because it dries down and remains protected by the preservative system. As with any beauty product, we recommend applying with clean hands. It’s designed to be easy and enjoyable to use, not something you need to constantly sanitize.
