A Dual Emulsion System
Flexi is an emulsion when activated by setting spray or mixing medium, and dehydrated emulsion when left dry. Designed to move between states. Reactivate endlessly.

Primary Emollients: Triisostearin, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride
These emollients create slip, flexibility, and cohesion within the wet/dry system, allowing pigment to glide on smoothly when activated and set.
